What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Second Class Delivery
3 – 5 working days
We offer FREE second class delivery on all orders above £20.
Orders under £20 will be charged £3.50 for second class delivery.
First Class Delivery
1 – 2 working days
Want your items sooner? We offer First Class Delivery with a fixed price of £10, regardless of how much you spend!
Do You Ship Internationally?
When Will I Receive My Order?
If you used our Second Class Delivery service, your order should be delivered within 3-7 working days. Working day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. First Class Delivery takes 1-2 working days.
Can I Collect my Order?
Yes! We offer FREE Click & Collect and will have your order ready withing 3 – 5 Working Days (Working day means Monday to Friday, except holidays).
Shipping & Returns
I've Purchased The Wrong Size, Can I Exchange My Order?
We do not offer product exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
Why Haven't I Received My Refund?
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
